Refund Policy

Portfolio Creator is a digital subscription service provided by Bunnyfied Labs Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Service — No Physical Goods
Portfolio Creator is entirely a digital service. Upon successful payment, access to your portfolio and all associated features is granted immediately. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Monthly Plan (₹199/month)
Payments for the Monthly Plan are non-refundable. Since the billing cycle is short and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated credits for unused days within the current billing period.
You may choose not to renew at the end of your billing period. Your portfolio will remain accessible until your subscription expires and will not be automatically charged thereafter.
3. Yearly Plan (₹1,499/year)
For the Yearly Plan, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment by emailing team@bunnyfiedlabs.com with your registered email address and payment details.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be entertained, regardless of the remaining subscription period.
4. Referral Credits & Free Months
Free months earned through the referral programme are non-refundable and have no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied toward a different account. Referral credits are forfeited if the account is deleted or if a violation of our Terms of Service is found.
5. Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund regardless of the plan or timing in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).
- A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the service for a significant period and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Your payment was processed but your account was never activated due to a system error.
In any of the above cases, please reach out to us at team@bunnyfiedlabs.com with your payment ID and a description of the issue.
6. Cancellation
You can stop using Portfolio Creator at any time. Cancellation means you will not be charged in the next billing cycle. Your portfolio and all features will remain accessible until your current subscription period ends. We do not delete your data immediately upon cancellation.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, email team@bunnyfiedlabs.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID
- The reason for your refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
